Ardîne Filmproduktion GmbH is an independent, internationally active film production company. It was founded in January 2017 in Basel by Tunje Berns and Sarah Derendinger and is named after the Ardîne harp, a cultural symbol of the desert dwellers. Céline Hafner has been part of the team as a freelance producer since 2024.

Ardîne produces innovative forms of film art, particularly arthouse features, creative documentaries, television series and video art.

Our work aims to be socially relevant, insightful and accessible. Ardîne's films look at life through the perspective of diversity and inclusion, with a particular emphasis on the female perspective.
